These are delicate times… Without a doubt, finding activities as a family can be a little challenging during a global Pandemic, so we wanted to sumdown a few activities for the WIN!
• Baking your favorite dessert!
• How about creating an obstacle course in the backyard of the house?
• Have you tried getting crafty?… with recyclable materials!?
• Karaoke night of Disney or Pixar songs!
• Playing hide and seek (never gets old!)
• Exercise challenge
During times when children are at home, accidents can occur and this is why it’s always important to have an emergency kit prepared, in which the following cannot be missed out:
• Alcohol or other antiseptic
• Band aids
• Cotton
• Thermometer
• Bandages
• Directory with emergency numbers
But if you want to have a kit worthy of a super prepared mom / dad, you can’t forget to add an arnica ointment. This product has been part of traditional medicine for generations, as it has astringent, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties that totally help reduce pain caused by bumps, muscle pain, sprains, stings, and minor burns. Since arnica is a very noble add-on, it can be used by the whole family!
STAY WELL & STRONG!
Love,
